The Beginner Women’s Boxing Course gives you a clear, practical path to build conditioning, master stance, punches, and footwork, and structure safe 45–60 minute sessions with minimal equipment. Learn warm-ups, mobility drills, bag work, and bodyweight strength, then design a 4-week progressive plan, manage load and recovery, track performance, and use simple motivation tools to stay consistent and improve confidently.
