What Will I Learn?
You will master the anatomical and energetic foundations of Chi Nei Tsang, including Taoist five-element theory, abdominal organ anatomy, and fascial networks. You will develop hands-on assessment skills and learn organ-specific techniques for the liver, kidneys, intestines, stomach, and more. The training covers emotional release facilitation, trauma-informed practice, and nervous system regulation through abdominal work. You will also build internal cultivation practices — including Microcosmic Orbit meditation and Iron Shirt Chi Kung — to sustain your energy as a practitioner. By the end, you will be equipped to design complete sessions, document client progress, and build a professional Chi Nei Tsang practice.
