What will I learn?

Alpinism Training gives you a focused nine‑month plan to reach demanding 6000–7000m mixed objectives with confidence. You will build strength, power, and endurance, sharpen rock, ice, and rope skills, and follow clear sample weeks for every phase. The course also covers altitude strategy, mountain logistics, monitoring progress, and final‑month preparation so you arrive ready, efficient, and resilient on your next expedition.
