What will I learn?
This course provides practical strategies to foster trust, emotional safety, and open communication in teams. Participants will master active listening, empathy, and Nonviolent Communication techniques, adopt specific behaviours and microhabits that promote openness, structure inclusive one-on-one sessions and meetings, and develop a straightforward 12-week plan to maintain a positive, feedback-oriented culture with trackable outcomes.
