What will I learn?
You shall learn to select, season, and maintain cast iron so that it lasts a lifetime. The course covers heat management across every source — gas, electric, induction, and open fire — so that you never have to guess. You shall master braising, roasting, searing, and baking using one versatile vessel. Soups, stocks, one-pot meals, and global recipes are all included. You shall also gain hands-on experience with outdoor and camp cooking using charcoal briquettes and wood coals. By the end, you shall be able to adapt any recipe for your Dutch oven and create original dishes from scratch.
