What will I learn?

The General Telephony Course provides a practical, fast-paced overview of modern voice systems, from PSTN and TDM PBXs to VoIP, SIP, and RTP. You will learn to design dialplans, call flows, and numbering plans, plan migrations, manage analog devices, and integrate IP or cloud PBXs. It also covers QoS, security, redundancy, E911, and real-world testing to deploy stable, high-quality calling environments confidently.
