This course offers a quick, hands-on guide to designing and producing strong composite bicycle seatposts. You will learn to identify loads and targets, pick suitable fibres, resins, and laminates, opt for effective tubular production methods, manage defects, perform basic sizing analysis, and organise testing, checks, and records for safe, affordable, and consistent manufacturing.
