What will I learn?

This course teaches application of U.S. accessibility codes and ADA standards to plazas, civic sites, and public entries. Learners will identify common barriers, design compliant routes, ramps, stairs, parking, integrate seating, lighting, signage, materials for all users, and use tools for phasing, budgeting, maintenance, post-occupancy evaluation to ensure practical, coordinated, lasting improvements.
