What will I learn?
In this course, you will build a complete foundation in ballroom and Latin dance, starting with posture, balance, and rhythm before moving into partner work. You will learn the waltz, foxtrot, cha-cha, rumba, swing, and tango, each with its own timing, footwork, and character. You will practice lead-and-follow technique so you can dance comfortably with any partner.
