What will I learn?

You will learn about selecting yeasts and nutrients, managing temperatures, cap handling, oak and vessel strategies, malolactic fermentation and sulfite planning, oxygen management, sanitation practices, risk prevention, laboratory testing, blending techniques, and record-keeping to produce consistent, clean, stable, and fruit-forward wines.
