What will I learn?

This Recreational Fitness Course teaches planning of safe and enjoyable activity sessions suited to busy schedules and varied abilities. You will cover health screening essentials, goal setting, warm-ups, cool-downs, intensity management, motivation techniques, risk control, and basic record-keeping. Develop practical weekly and four-week programs incorporating cardio, strength, mobility, and flexibility using little equipment to ensure ongoing participant activity.
