What will I learn?

This CrossFit Training Programme provides practical tools to design safe and effective high-intensity sessions. You will learn movement techniques and progressions for barbells, kettlebells, plyometrics, and gymnastics, including warm-ups, motor preparation, and skill blocks. Master workout design, scaling options, intensity management, risk assessment, communication skills, and session evaluation to ensure every group session is well-structured, efficient, and focused on achieving results.
