What will I learn?
This Flexibility Training Course provides clear, evidence-based tools to safely enhance mobility for sedentary adults. You will learn essential anatomy, the physiology of stretching, and contraindications, then practise static, dynamic, ballistic, PNF, and myofascial techniques combined with breath work and nervous system regulation. Develop ethical assessments, create 6-week programmes, monitor progress, and conduct effective 30–45 minute sessions that clients can experience and evaluate.
