What will I learn?

Chef Training Course is a brief, hands-on programme that teaches you to manage a secure and effective kitchen from preparation through to serving. You will cover food safety, cleanliness, preventing cross-contamination, proper storage techniques, and personal hygiene. Then, you will gain expertise in mise en place, setting up the cooking line, managing order timings, and creating bistro menus. Finally, you will learn problem-solving methods to deal with busy periods, supply shortages, and customer concerns with assurance and reliability.
