What will I learn?

This short, hands-on course helps build assurance in handling dangers, using HACCP guidelines, and controlling all production steps. You will learn to spot biological, chemical, and physical threats, establish and check key limits, keep proper records, create good training, and follow tough rules for hygiene, cleaning, allergens, and temperatures to meet high safety levels.
