What will I learn?
This course gives you a complete foundation in adaptive sports instruction, from understanding disability models and legal frameworks to designing safe, goal-oriented training sessions. You will learn how various disabilities affect anatomy, physiology, and movement, and how to select and fit adaptive equipment accordingly.
