What will I learn?
The Track and Field Course provides a straightforward, hands-on approach to organising a 12-week overall training cycle, creating useful weekly plans, and developing safe, effective training sessions for athletes aged 16–18. You'll gain knowledge on avoiding injuries, handling training loads, using assessment and tracking methods, drills tailored to different events, and basic strategies for recovery, nutrition, and team communication that you can use right away to boost performance.
