What will I learn?
The Aqua Gym Course provides straightforward, practical pool workouts that develop low-impact cardio, strength, core stability, and mobility with a strong emphasis on safety. You'll gain knowledge of water-based physiology, breathing techniques, joint protection, and managing fatigue, followed by structured 4-week programmes, progressions, and detailed session plans to enable you to confidently create effective, flexible aqua training suited to various fitness levels.
