What will I learn?

Participants will master designing dial plans, call routing, and numbering schemes, alongside planning system migrations, managing analogue equipment, and integrating IP or cloud-based PBXs. Key topics also include ensuring quality of service, bolstering security, implementing redundancy, handling emergency E911 services, and conducting practical tests to confidently roll out dependable, top-notch telephony setups.
