What will I learn?
This course equips you with practical skills to design and operate tooling for 2.0 mm 304 stainless steel brackets. You will learn bracket geometry and tolerances, forming methods, die selection, springback control, drill jigs, bushings, feeds, speeds, wear management, heat treatment, coatings, inspection, and risk control for reliable production.
Elevify advantages
Develop skills
- Precision drilling in 304 stainless steel: set feeds, speeds, and coolant for clean holes.
- Design jigs and fixtures: clamp, locate, and bush parts for repeatable drilling.
- Set up forming dies: select clearances, radii, and steels for 2.0 mm 304 stainless steel.
- Specify brackets: define geometry, GD&T, and hole layouts for manufacturing.
- Control processes and inspect: plan workflows, gauging, and wear checks to reduce scrap.
