What will I learn?
You will start by building a solid foundation in rhythm, body mechanics, and floor etiquette before moving into the country two-step, waltz, line dancing, East Coast swing, and country cha-cha. Each style is broken down step by step, covering timing, footwork, partner connection, and styling. You will develop real lead-follow communication skills so dancing with any partner feels natural and clear. Advanced chapters add dips, wraps, shadow position, and short choreographed sequences. You will also explore music literacy, injury prevention, fitness conditioning, and competition formats. By the end, you will know how to select the right dance for any country song and how to teach what you have learned to others.
