What will I learn?
You will start by learning the history and cultural pillars of hip hop so your movement has real meaning behind it. From there, you will develop body awareness, core strength, and injury prevention habits that keep you training long-term. You will train your ear to understand beat structure, syncopation, and musicality so every move lands exactly on time. Core grooves, body isolations, and foundational footwork give you a reliable movement vocabulary to draw from. You will explore substyles including popping, locking, krump, and new-style to build versatility. Finally, you will put it all together by constructing choreography, developing freestyle skills, and preparing for a live showcase performance.
