The Mountaineer Course provides a focused 8-10 week programme to get ready for high-alpine climbs, using structured fitness, strength building, and recovery methods. You'll learn how to choose and pack proper equipment, assess routes and dangers, organise movement and communication, and use key rope, rescue, and technical techniques to climb well, handle risks, and deal confidently with tough alpine areas.
