You'll learn to evaluate situations, apply first aid using kits, AEDs, and fire extinguishers, handle evacuations, liaise with emergency responders, and set up internal teams. By the end, you'll have straightforward protocols, knowledge of legal requirements, and a plan to boost safety and preparedness.
