What will I learn?
This course offers a targeted, hands-on review of neuron and glial cell structure, hippocampal and cortical layout, and changes from stress. You will learn best paraffin processing, staining, immunohistochemistry for neurons, glia, myelin, plus microscopy, digital imaging, stereology, and solid experimental planning for trustworthy, publishable results in biological studies.
