The Brewery Course equips you with hands-on skills to craft and carry out a reliable pale ale using a 5-bbl setup. You'll pick up knowledge on putting together recipes, working out gravity and IBU figures, choosing hops and yeast, tweaking water, and keeping tight control on brew day. Get the hang of cleaning practices, CIP processes, quality inspections, stopping contamination, fixing issues, and making upgrades that scale up, ensuring each batch hits the mark on technical specs and taste.
