What will I learn?

Participants will learn to create dial plans, manage call routing, plan system upgrades, support legacy devices, and integrate IP or cloud-based PBXs. Key topics include ensuring call quality through QoS, implementing security measures, building redundancy, handling emergency services like E911, and conducting practical tests for reliable voice deployments.
