This Self-defence Training Course provides a straightforward, practical structure to develop real-world safety skills quickly. Learn to organise safe sessions, instruct basic escapes from grabs, pushes, and wall pressure, introduce fundamental striking and ground recovery, and plan 4–8 week programmes. You will also acquire trauma-sensitive coaching techniques, inclusive modifications, and straightforward evaluation methods to monitor progress and direct subsequent steps.
