What will I learn?
This Katana Course offers a straightforward, practical framework for safe and effective practice sword training. You'll master posture, grip, footwork, drawing, sheathing, and basic cutting techniques, then practise them through solo and partner drills with proper risk evaluation. Additionally, you'll learn about equipment selection, upkeep, training space preparation, and a consistent 15–20 minute routine for ongoing improvement and injury avoidance.
