What will I learn?
This course covers every layer of defensive positioning, starting with stance mechanics and threat recognition and advancing through footwork, guard transitions, blocking, and spatial control. You will learn to read offensive patterns, defend against feints, and manage distance and angles strategically. Stress physiology, breathing control, and pressure drills prepare you to perform when it counts. Supplementary training covers physical conditioning, mental toughness, legal use-of-force frameworks, and team communication.
