Health Prevention Training prepares healthcare workers to create and run effective programmes for diabetes and hypertension, employing behaviour change techniques, affordable resources, and practical methods suited to employed adults aged 30–55. This course covers epidemiology, risk factors, social influences, nutrition, physical activity, stress reduction, screenings, SMART goal-setting, low-cost rollout, community involvement, and outcome evaluation using basic tools.
