What will I learn?
This course equips you with hands-on skills to design, construct, and test high-precision micro-mechanisms in a small space. You'll cover micro-scale movement principles, flexible joint design, and control systems, plus material choices, surface treatments, and friction management. Dive into production processes, tools, measurement techniques, tolerance checks, assembly, inspection, and risk reduction for reliable performance at ±1 µm accuracy.
