What will I learn?

This course provides hands-on tools to manage GSM, shade, and pilling throughout textile production from fibre to fabric. You will learn cotton yarn selection, optimal spinning and knitting/weaving parameters, wet processing and dyeing controls, finishing methods, plus quality management using SPC, testing, and traceability to minimise defects, ensure stable production, and rapidly improve product quality.
