What will I learn?

The Women’s Kickboxing Course equips you with practical skills to create safe and engaging group sessions for women aged 22–45, covering warm-ups, injury prevention, punch and kick techniques, combinations, and defence strategies. You will learn to handle participants of varying skill levels, foster an inclusive class environment, incorporate real-life self-defence, monitor progress across 6-week periods, and lead energetic sessions that encourage ongoing participation.
