What will I learn?
The Track and Field Course provides a straightforward, hands-on approach to organising a 12-week overall training cycle, creating useful weekly plans, and setting up safe, effective training sessions for athletes aged 16–18. You will learn about avoiding injuries, handling training loads, tools for testing and tracking progress, drills tailored to different events, and easy methods for recovery, nutrition, and talking with athletes that you can use right away to improve results.
