What will I learn?

The Mountaineer Course provides a focused 8–10 week programme to get ready for high-alpine climbs, with structured fitness, strength building, and recovery methods. You'll learn to choose and pack proper equipment, assess routes and dangers, organise movement and communication, and use key rope, rescue, and technical techniques to climb well, handle risks, and deal confidently in tough alpine areas.
