You'll learn to evaluate movements, establish achievable targets, structure intelligent training phases, and implement solid fatigue control. Employ tested programming methods, specific supplementary exercises, flexibility routines, and basic tracking methods to increase strength, power, and technique reliability in a safe and effective manner.
