This Flexibility Training Course provides clear, evidence-based tools to safely boost mobility in adults who sit a lot. Learn key body parts, how stretching works, and when not to do it, then use static, dynamic, ballistic, PNF, and myofascial methods with breathing and calming the nervous system. Create proper checks, plan 6-week programmes, follow progress, and run quick 30–45 minute sessions that clients can feel and track.
