What will I learn?
This course equips you with practical skills to help passengers with reduced mobility safely and confidently. You will learn health and emergency response procedures, effective communication with passengers who have low English proficiency or are blind, proper wheelchair handling and transfer methods, guide dog management, documentation processes, and coordination with airlines, security, and medical teams to ensure smooth, compliant, and respectful travel experiences.
