What will I learn?

This Barbecue Cooking Course teaches hands-on skills to prepare and serve safe, tasty barbecue for 40 people. You will learn to pick meats, cut them properly, make rubs and brines, hit right cooking temperatures, use smokers, grills, and flat-tops well, manage fire, keep meat moist, hold it ready, create good menus with sides, and deal with dangers, gear problems, and time limits confidently from start to finish.
