What will I learn?

The CNC Operator Course equips you with hands-on skills to operate CNC lathes and mills confidently. You will learn safe setup, workholding, fixturing, and stock preparation, then advance to tooling selection, offsets, and in-process inspection. Additionally, you will cover G-code fundamentals, speeds and feeds for AISI 1045 steel, tool life management, and troubleshooting to enhance accuracy, minimise waste, and increase productivity on actual production components.
