What will I learn?
This course equips you with practical strategies to foster a strengths-focused and nurturing classroom environment through brief, targeted sessions. You will explore key positive psychology principles, character strengths, and easy daily practices such as check-ins, gratitude exercises, and breathing techniques. Additionally, you will create a four-week mini-program, adapt activities for varied learner needs, and apply straightforward monitoring, reflection, and data methods to measure well-being and participation.
