What will I learn?

You will learn to establish SMART goals, gather accurate data, implement Lean and Six Sigma techniques, minimise changeover times, lower scrap rates, and elevate OEE. Using straightforward steps, templates, and basic analysis, design targeted improvements, mobilise teams, and maintain gains over shifts and product lines.
