What will I learn?

This Beginner African Dance Course provides practical tools to develop confident movements starting from basics. Learners master safe posture, joint care, breathing techniques, key West African steps, hip and torso isolations, and basic arm patterns. The course covers timing with 4/4 and 6/8 rhythms, call-and-response exercises, drum listening skills, and culminates in creating a 15–20 minute personal practice routine with guided progress reflection.
