What will I learn?
The Learning to be Approachable Course gives you practical tools to build trust, emotional safety, and open dialogue on any team. You will practice active listening, empathy, and Nonviolent Communication, learn concrete behaviors and microhabits that signal openness, design inclusive 1:1s and meetings, and create a simple 12-week plan to sustain a healthy, feedback-rich culture with measurable results.
