What will I learn?
You will learn the core principles of qi, yin-yang, and the five elements and apply them directly to your training. You will map the meridian system, locate key acupoints, and understand how the three dantian centres function. Breath regulation methods, standing qigong, and dynamic moving forms will build your energetic foundation step by step. You will develop nei gong skills including peng jin, dantian rotation, and fascial conditioning. Meditation practices such as the microcosmic orbit and shen refinement will deepen your internal awareness. You will also learn how to design a long-term personal cultivation programme and integrate energetic principles into daily life.
