What will I learn?
You will start by setting up a complete Android development environment and learning Kotlin from the ground up. From there, you will build user interfaces using both XML layouts and Jetpack Compose, and connect your apps to remote APIs using Retrofit. You will store data locally with Room and DataStore, manage app architecture with ViewModel and LiveData, and handle background tasks with WorkManager. The course also covers testing with JUnit and Espresso, dependency injection with Hilt, Firebase integration, app security, and the full release process including signing and publishing to the app store.
