What will I learn?
This Track and Field Course provides a straightforward, hands-on approach to organising a 12-week overall training plan, creating useful weekly training cycles, and setting up safe, effective sessions for athletes aged 16 to 18. You will learn ways to avoid injuries, handle training loads properly, use testing and tracking methods, do drills specific to different events, and apply easy recovery, eating, and talking strategies right away to improve results.
