You will learn how to organise safe training sessions, instruct basic escapes from grabs, pushes, and wall pins, introduce simple striking techniques and ground recovery methods, and plan programmes lasting 4 to 8 weeks. Additionally, you will acquire coaching tools that consider trauma, inclusive modifications, and straightforward ways to assess progress and plan ahead.
