This short self-defence course for women shows you how to set up safe and strong 4-week plans, arrange training sessions, and use ways of teaching adults. You will pick up useful punches, ways to get free, and safe falls, along with knowing dangers, speaking up to set limits, and training in real-life situations. The course also looks at stopping injuries, basic rules and ethics, ways to handle trauma, and simple tools to check progress for sure and right teaching.
